For in-person training, availability does vary depending on current client schedules. I work within the studio Mon-Fri between 6am and 8pm. Get in touch to see what’s available.
We will start with free consultation to establish your goals, training history and general lifestyle preferences. I will then go away and design a program for you. Depending on your goals, our first session will likely involve some body comp measurements, movement assessments as well as some strength and cardiovascular work that will be catered to your abilities.
For in-person training, I can provide all of the equipment you need. Having said that, I can program you additional workouts based on any equipment you do have access to, whether that be in the gym or at home.
This can vary depending on a few different factors. For example, your goals, your previous training experience, how much effort you put in etc. Having said that, I always encourage individuals to commit to 8-12 weeks of consistent training to start seeing results. But arguably you can feel a difference after every session!
