My Story
Growing up on the coast of “sunny” Cornwall, activities such as skateboarding, weight lifting, swimming and surfing were pretty much mandatory past times. I have always been passionate about health & fitness and quite simply moving about. I believe in building strong, lean bodies that help improve everyday functional activities. I understand that in today’s fast paced world we find it more and more difficult to find time to fit in that all important exercise, therefore I pay attention to people’s needs, the goals they wish to achieve and strive to deliver sessions that are as effective and efficient as possible, regardless of the location and time restraints. The fitness industry has become an overly complex environment. With the masses of information that exists when it comes to both training and nutrition, it is easy to become overwhelmed and lost on where to even begin.

I highly recommend Darren’s services. I signed up to a 3 month personal training programme which exceeded my expectations. By the end of the training the results spoke for themselves and I got everything I wanted out of it and more. Darren is professional and fun to work with and each session was tailored to suit me. I was motivated throughout the entire programme and above all it was enjoyable!

I did 12 weeks of PT with Darren earlier this year. During this time Darren worked closely with me to understand my nutritional and physical shortcomings and by the end of the 12 weeks I was stronger, fitter and considerably lighter!

I highly recommend Darren at New Fitness & nutrition. I had PT sessions for 3 months. He was supportive and I never felt judged or uncomfortable like I have done in gyms in the past. Each session Darren had planned a different workout with different exercises. The sessions were great and I saw improvements over the few months. I’ll definitely be back and look forward to Bootcamp.
