Growing up on the coast of “sunny” Cornwall, activities such as skateboarding, weight lifting, swimming and surfing were pretty much mandatory past times. I have always been passionate about health & fitness and quite simply moving about. I believe in building strong, lean bodies that help improve everyday functional activities. I understand that in today’s fast paced world we find it more and more difficult to find time to fit in that all important exercise, therefore I pay attention to people’s needs, the goals they wish to achieve and strive to deliver sessions that are as effective and efficient as possible, regardless of the location and time restraints. The fitness industry has become an overly complex environment. With the masses of information that exists when it comes to both training and nutrition, it is easy to become overwhelmed and lost on where to even begin.

If you’re anything like me this can prevent you from getting started at all. Which ever way you turn there are strong advocates for every type of diet from Vegans to Carnivores, from Keto to Intermittent Fasting, same goes for the different ways of training. My goal is to strip these things back to the basics, provide you with the knowledge so that you can have a strong foundation to build off of. I am committed to continue to develop my skills through further education and experience so that I can share my knowledge with the people I serve. Having spent 1000’s of hours with clients, one thing I have been constantly reminded of is not only the physical benefits of training but also the psychological benefits. Being someone myself who has previously suffered with anxiety I know all to well the importance of this, and therefore strive to focus on this aspect of Health & Fitness. Besides fitness, nutrition and continuous education, my number one passion truly lies in helping other people create new habits that can change their lives for the better. I want you to leave your time spent with me feeling empowered, motivated and with a new set of skills. Why Not Now?
